Enrollment Requirements

Baby Nursery /
Child has to be 2 years of age by October 1^st – 2023

Nursery /
Child has to be 3 years of age by October 1^st – 2023

Pre-Kinder / 
Child has to be 4 years of age by October 1^st – 2023

Kinder / 
Child has to be 5 years of age by October 1^st – 2023

• Original or Notarized copy of Birth Certificate
• Vaccination record
• 2 License sized portrait photos of child.
• Required Forms That Need To Be Filled Out:
  • Application form
  • Clinical/Medical form
  • Transportation Contract (Optional)
  • Contract between Parent and Macris Kindergarten
  • Pay enrollment fee.
